If they buck

It is standard in the industry these days to prepay...every since UPS changed their policy and started charging to return boxes. Not to mention there’s a COD fee that UPS charges to bring your check to us! That's a lot of money in shipping...why not save that money by pre-paying your order and you won't have to drop everything when the UPS guy get there to write him a check. We are an authorized merchant and except all major credit and debt cards and to make things easier we also accept electronic check by phone.

They almost ALWAYS give it up here, sometimes a front will buck here, or if they have been charged and never got the order from an other co.

There’s not a day goes by that I don’t wear the black eye for some of these fly by night companies out there, but it's not like 10 years ago. These days you always have recourse for anything you purchase on your card. You can trust me________ I run an honest company. Let me pick you up as a customer and I know as sure as we're talking right now...you and I will be doing business for years to come... how do you want to take care of this on the card or electronic check by phone?

Over time the customer learns the CC prepay is standerd and they wont flinch no matter which one of us closes him. It's alot easer to close a deal when you say "you want me to go ahead and put that on the same card as last time?"
